We collect personal information when creating an Infoping Account and in subsequent use of the account. In order to give you a clear picture of how personal data is processed, we have divided the personal data into two categories based on how they are collected:
When you create and use an Infoping account, you provide information about yourself, such as name, phone number, and e-mail address. Personal data in this category is distinguished by you actively submitting them to us by, for example, fill in web forms, register the Infoping app, send messages to support, or give us feedback through features created for that purpose.
When using the Service, we store information about the usage. The information can be divided into the following categories:
Infoping may possibly receive information from other sources, usually our partners, customers and suppliers. Information from the above sources may also include data recorded before you signed an agreement with us.
We process and share your personal data with other companies (our sms providers) for the purpose of (I) fulfilling our contractual and legal obligations, (II) providing and administering your Infoping Account, (III) responding to customer service matters and fixing errors, (IV) Improve your user experience of the Service, (V) further develop the Service (including adapting it to what we believe are the users' wishes), as well as (VI) preventing, limiting, and investigating abuse of the Service. If we transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA, we will write agreements and take other measures in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
You are entitled to request a so-called registry extracts with information about what personal data we process about you. You are entitled to this information free of charge in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
You also have the right to request that we either correct, block or delete personal data in accordance with the applicable law.
If you choose to terminate your Infoping account, it is kept in quarantine for 90 days. The reason that Infoping applies this quarantine period is to prevent unauthorized account redemptions and other illegal actions where accounts are deleted by mistake or by others other than the account holder himself.
After the quarantine period, your personal information will usually be deleted or anonymized. However, there are two exceptions:
We may block your Infoping account if we have reason to suspect fraud or abuse of our Terms of Service. In case we have blocked an Infoping account, we reserve the right to store information from the blocked account for a longer period of time to prevent repeated abuse or violations of Terms of Service.
We have procedures and steps to ensure that no unauthorized access to your personal data is available, and to ensure that all processing of data is in accordance with current legislation. The measures include risk assessments, organizational and physical measures as well as procedures for managing personal data and monitoring issues regarding accessibility, correction, blocking and deletion of personal data.
